Unfuss — built for humans who care about bytes.
Short · Plain-English

Terms you can
actually
read.

Unfuss is free, anonymous, and runs in your browser. These terms cover what the tools can and can't do, what you're agreeing to by using them, and the things a lawyer would insist we say about "AS IS".

1 · What Unfuss is

Unfuss is a set of free, browser-based file utilities. You bring a file, a tool does something to it, you download the result. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no paid tiers.

2 · How you may use the service

You may use Unfuss for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. You don't need to credit us, you don't need permission, and there's no limit on the number of files you process. Please don't do any of the following:

Everything else is fine. You're free to fork the source, mirror it, embed it, change the branding, or use it as a starting point for your own tool — open-source licences on the underlying libraries apply.

3 · Your files and content

Anything you upload or process remains entirely yours. Unfuss never receives, copies, or stores it. Because processing happens inside your browser, Unfuss has no ability to claim rights over your files, and equally no ability to recover them if you lose them. Back up anything important.

4 · Limits of each tool

Each tool is a best-effort utility. Specific limitations to be aware of:

5 · Service availability

Unfuss is hosted as a static site on Cloudflare Pages. We make no promise that it will always be online, always be free, or always work in every browser. If the site goes down, no data of yours is at risk, because there was no data of yours on our side to begin with.

6 · Warranties — or the lack of them

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Automated tools make mistakes. Before you rely on a compressed, signed, or password-protected file for anything important, review it.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfuss's operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Direct damages, if any, are capped at the amount you paid to use Unfuss (which is zero).

8 · Third-party services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and JavaScript libraries from public CDNs (jsDelivr, unpkg). Each of those has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when your browser requests those resources. See the privacy policy for details.

9 · Advertising

Unfuss is funded in part by third-party display advertising delivered by Google AdSense. By using the site you acknowledge that:

10 · Changes to these terms

These terms may change over time. Material changes will be dated below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, stop using the service — there's nothing to cancel, no account to delete.

11 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
